Orders placed through the Ageless Glow Elixir website are processed after successful payment confirmation.

We aim to process orders promptly. Processing time may vary during periods of high order volume, promotions, launches, public holidays or other circumstances that may affect fulfilment.

We currently offer the following delivery options within Nigeria:

● Economy: ₦5,000 — approximately 7 business days

● Standard: ₦8,000 — approximately 4 business days

● Express: ₦15,000 — approximately 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number when placing an order.

Our delivery partners may contact you using the phone number provided at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered because the address or contact information provided is incorrect or incomplete, or because the recipient is unavailable, additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt where applicable.

While we work with delivery partners to ensure orders arrive as quickly as possible, Ageless Glow Elixir does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Once an order has been handed over to the delivery partner, delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.

If you experience an unusual delivery delay, please contact us with your order number and phone number so that we can assist with the delivery inquiry.

Where international delivery is available, the applicable delivery fee and estimated delivery timeframe will be displayed at checkout.

Customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import charges, taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country where applicable.

If you receive a damaged product, incorrect product or an item missing from your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
