1. DAMAGED, WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged product, the wrong product, or an item missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
Once the issue has been verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
2. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
We do not accept returns or exchanges solely because a customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer wants an item, except where applicable law provides otherwise.Please carefully review your order before completing payment.
3. OPENED OR USED PRODUCTS
For hygiene, safety and quality-control reasons, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, tested or tampered with, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
4. INGESTIBLE PRODUCTS
For health and safety reasons, ingestible products are generally not eligible for return once delivered, opened or used, except where the product was incorrectly supplied, defective, or where applicable law requires otherwise.
5. DELIVERY ISSUES
If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided, the customer is unavailable to receive the order, or the provided contact information is inaccurate, additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.
6. REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the applicable payment method and within the timeframe communicated by Ageless Glow Elixir.
Delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue is caused by an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.
